Personalised Cover serviceIf you want to make your Memories book even more fantastic, we can now offer a unique service allowing you to personalise the cover of your book. This great service is available on all of our current range of books making a totally unique present very affordable at just £24.99*.
 How it works... Simply send us up to five photographs of your choice - black and white, sepia or full colour - and we will create a personalised cover for any of our books especially for your family. What could be a nicer gift than that? Just order whichever books you would like online and as soon as we receive the order, we will email back to confirm exactly how to send the photographs. Each cover is individually printed so the quality of the photographs you provide is very important. We recommend that you read the picture quality section in order to get the best results. And, because this is a very personal service, it can take up to 21 days for the finished book to be delivered but with a little patience, you will have a totally unique gift.
You can choose to use just one photograph with a title as shown above, or to have all the photos printed in sepia like this example centred above, or we can create a montage of various images as shown on the third photograph above.. Just let us know what you want and we shall do our best to acheive it for you. All of our Memories books, once completed, become a precious, and very personal, family heirloom. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERSCan I email the photographs? Yes, we accept photographs by post or by email. Simply order the required book on the website (using the personalised book cover option) or by phone (on +44 (0)1892 863300) then either email juliepinnell@btconnect.com with the photos you want to use, or post them to our normal address. What happens if I want more than one personalised cover? Basically, you order whichever books you would like online and as soon as I receive the order, I will write back to confirm exactly how to send the photographs, and at that time can advise how we handle multiple orders. What quality should the photographs be? Please see our picture quality guide for advice on providing the ideal photographs. Why does it take up to 21 days to deliver the personalised book? Each personalised book is specially made to order. This process takes time so please be patient! If you have an urgent need for a book (for a birthday or other special celebration for instance), you may wish to order a standard book which will be despatched within 2 working days, and then call us to arrange for a personalised cover to be added at a later date - perhaps once all the stories have been written down. What if there is a problem with my order? If there are any problems please call us on +44 (0)1892 863300 or contact us, quoting your order number. This will be on the confirmation email you receive after placing an order. Is the inside of the book personalised too? Not at the moment as this would be very much more expensive although we are currently looking into ways to make this affordable. Any other questions?
